Why I’m doing this.
I started Eco Beach City because I wanted a place where people build things together. Now I want to bring founders into the next part: designing the accelerator itself. For two days, we’ll work on who it serves, how it operates and how we launch the first cohort. I’m looking for people who want to help shape it from the beginning.

Eco Beach City already welcomes owners and guests in Sumba. Homes, beachfront coworking and a padel court are in use. The accelerator is the next proposed layer.

The proposal
The package proposes a target 1% participation/equity in the accelerator vehicle you help create. It is a target, not a confirmed allocation or a promised return.
The documents decide
The final entity, percentage, rights, dilution, eligibility and transfer terms must be defined in the signed agreements. Review those alongside the separate plot documentation before committing.
